William M. Garmon
William M. Garmon (1929-): William M. Garmon was named Assistant in Development at N. C. State College in 1959. He worked on projects relating to the North Carolina 4-H Development Fund. Garmon earned his B.S. in Agricultural Education from NCSU and his M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Clemson.
