Colonel David F. First
David F. First: David F. First received his M.S. in international affairs from George Washington University in 1966 before going on to the U.S. Air Force Air War College. Prior to being named Professor of Aerospace Studies at North Carolina State University in 1972, First served as an Air Force Master Navigator for 29 years and directed the curriculum for Air University’s Squadron Officer School.
