Joseph S. Hancock: Graduating with his B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 1950, Hancock became Publications Editor with the Agricultural Extension Service from 1953-1958, Assistant in Foundations and Assistant Director of the Information Office from 1958-1966, and Supervisor of All Publications at NCSU beginning in 1966. He won a national citation by the American College Public Relations Association for his direction of the overall development of NCSU publications. |
