Historical State is your gateway to NC State history. The site is an access point to resources held by the University Archives and the Special Collections Research Center, such as historic photos, videos, course catalogs, newspapers, and yearbooks.

You can search for information on events and activities that have occurred in the past, as well as learn about the development of campus buildings, student life, the colleges, and the academic departments.

The Historical State site commenced in 2007 and was extensively revised in 2009. In 2013 additional resources and functionality became available through application of QuickSearch to the following sites:
